I have combination skin; my cheeks tend to dry out, while my nose and chin often get oily. My pores were clogged with sebum, which sometimes led to pimples. Since I started taking this, I think the sebum on my nose and chin has improved. Thankfully, my cheeks remain hydrated, so I intend to continue taking it.

This product works well! I bought it due to my oily skin and frequent chin pimples. The next morning, my face felt less sticky than usual. However, I have to moderate my intake as drinking too much makes my body dry and itchy. I now take one tablet in the morning and at night.

I take one tablet in the morning and one in the evening. I chose this over isotretinoin due to cost and fear. After starting treatment at the beauty clinic, I noticed improvements within a day. I purchased this to manage blemishes and sebum. After taking it for about three days, I felt a noticeable difference; the oiliness on my face and scalp has diminished significantly. I previously took vitamin B separately but opted for just pantothenic acid. After stopping isotretinoin, I was concerned about sebum production, but since starting this supplement, my sebum levels have noticeably decreased. I also use glycolic acid in my skincare, but the result is improved skin clarity with fewer clogged pores.
